The aim of this practice is to dissolve the accumulated pressure of your once created and felt reality and to create space for self-empowerment in the process of consciousness.
From then on, this will be the source of your creativity, freedom, happiness and love, from which you can draw indefinitely.
Dyamic (yang) yoga in the morning increases the blood circulation in the spine, the muscles, the organs and glands. The whole body is awakened and refreshed.
Combined with breathing exercises,
body and mind are prepared for the silence.
The meditations accompany the yoga classes as Yoga Nidra or guided meditations.
Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep) is a deep relaxation in deep sleep and conscious sleep that allows the access to deep layers of consciousness.
In the evening, the day is processed with gentle Yin and Restorative Yoga.
Yin Yoga is designed to let the energies - the Chi - flow freely in the body and has many benefits for the health of the organs. Yin Yoga combines yoga with the knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
In Restorative Yoga positions are held for a long time with the least amount of effort. The goal here is relaxation and recreation and to achieve inner peace through healing and nourishing asanas.

Our retreat is hosted by the beautiful Chez Zen near Toulouse -
La Tombe - La Sauvetat (our grave, our salvation)
The beautiful seminar house is equipped with an open kitchen, spacious rooms, and a large yoga and meditation room. A dining corner with oven, in-house meditation cushions, cuddly blankets, yoga mats, straps, foot-ups and a fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In addition to a second country house you will find on the spacious estate a sauna, a huge garden, and a fireplace for sociable evenings.
There is a lot of space everywhere.
